    You’re not putting your information into a huge database and we don’t share it with anyone. It goes straight to our office and we go to work for you and your ministry.

  2. We follow up with you promptly

    Agent Robin Pickett will call, text, or email you (whichever you prefer) to get the ball rolling.

  3. We meet at your location

    Robin will meet you at your ministry location at a time that’s convenient for you. He will take interior and exterior photos and learn about your ministry’s needs. A typical inspection/interview takes about an hour, but as a courtesy to you, much of that process can be done on his own.

  4. Robin personally prepares your quote

    Based on his inspection and interview, he will carefully consider your ministry’s specific needs and crunch the numbers to shop for the best coverage at a competitive premium.

  5. Review your quote and recommendations

    Robin will email your quote with detailed coverage comments so you know exactly what he is recommending. Most church leaders prefer to review the quote in writing initially, and then at your request, a one-on-one or board presentation is an option. There is never any pressure or sales pitch. We are either in your best interest, or we aren’t.

  6. You’re covered

    We can bind coverage as you direct. That can be the same day the quote is presented or whenever you need coverage to begin.
